With over 18 years in the industry Laura is an experienced and in-demand lecturer and makeup artist for films, TV, photo shoots, advertisements, music videos and events. 

After graduating from The London College of Fashion with a Degree in Fashion, Theatrical Makeup and SFX for TV and Film in 2004; Laura began her career in the world of retail, commercial, music videos and short films as a makeup artist for a variety of brands from Estee Lauder to Wired Magazine. In 2008 Laura re- trained in Advanced Special Effects Makeup, Prosthetics, and Props at the world famous Gorton Studios, under the supervision of Neill Gorton himself.

Laura has since gone on to build a solid reputation as a makeup supervisor and designer for a wide selection of theatre productions, photoshoots, feature films and TV series. A proficient artist, she can turn her brush to creative makeup, beauty, special effects, sculpting, mouldmaking, art finishing, props and is most noted for her prosthetic work. She is now proudly represented by Gems Agency.

Lecturer

A qualified assessor and experienced lecturer, Laura has taught for Gorton Studios, Kryolan, Christine Blundell Makeup Academy and The London College of Fashion. She continues to run workshops at various colleges and universities throughout the UK delivering subjects including; makeup, special effects and prosthetics.
